Cancellation and No Show Policy

At Warrnambool Obstetrics & Gynaecology we make every effort to see our patients in a timely manner.

To avoid a cancellation fee, we kindly ask for 48 hours notice when rescheduling your appointment.

This allows us to fill your appointment with someone from our waiting list. Your courtesy is greatly appreciated. If you miss an appointment without notice, you may incur the full consultation fee and pre-payment will be required for future appointments.

• Late Cancellation and No Show Fee is $170 for an initial consultation and $100 for a follow up appointment.

• Prepayment to rebook future appointments will be $100 for an initial consultation and $50 for a follow up appointment.
